Our rendition of the timeless French 75 cocktail features the harmonious marriage of Miss Yoko Lychee-infused Gin and lemongrass, which pairs seamlessly with a dry white sparkling wine.

INGREDIENTS

45ml MISS YOKO GIN | 20ml LIME JUICE | 20ml LEMONGRASS INFUSED SUGAR SYRUP (OR SIMPLE SYRUP) | TOPPED WITH YOUR FAVOURITE SPARKLING WINE - SUCH AS MITCHELL HARRIS SABRE

METHOD

1. ADD GIN, LIME JUICE AND SUGAR SYRUP TO ICE FILLED SHAKER
2. SHAKE FOR 10 SECONDS
3. DOUBLE STRAIN INTO A CHAMPAGNE GLASS, TOP GLASS WITH SPARKLING WINE
4. GARNISH WITH LEMON TWIST OR AN EDIBLE FLOWER
