BLOODY EUCALYPT SPRITZ

We've infused our Ginger Mick gin with Dilmah blood orange and eucalypt for a refreshing, zesty drop, with notes of lime & cinnamon, topped with soda.






INGREDIENTS:

 

• 45ML GINGER MICK GIN INFUSED WITH DILMAH BLOOD ORANGE & EUCALYPTUS TEA


• 15ML LIME JUICE


• 15ML CINNAMON SYRUP


• CAPI BLOOD ORANGE SODA



METHOD:

 

1. ADD ICE TO TUMBLER, AND ADD EACH INGREDIENT (WITH CINNAMON SYRUP LAST)

2. TOP OFF WITH CAPI BLOOD ORANGE SODA


3. GARNISH WITH A DEHYDRATED BLOOD ORANGE, OR SPRING OF MINT
