EASTER MARTINEZ

A seasonal twist on the classic. Malty cinnamon bread, highlighted with raisins, vanilla and orange peel. Just like a fruit bun, one is never enough.






INGREDIENTS:

 

• 40ML ERNEST'S FRUIT BUN GIN


• 20ML CORRELL VERMOUTH (OR ANY SWEET STYLE WHITE VERMOUTH)


• 5ML BENEDICTINE


• 2 DASHED PEYCHAUD BITTERS



METHOD:

 

1. STIR ALL INGREDIENTS OVER ICE

2. STRAIN INTO CHILLED COUPE


3. GARNISH WITH ORANGE TWIST OR DEHYDRATED ORANGE
