PINK GIN FIZZ - The sparkler




METHOD:

1. TAKE A ROCKS GLASS AND DUST THE RIM WITH CRUSHED, DEHYDRATED RHUBARB.


2. ADD 45ml MAUD’S RHUBARB & GIN LIQUEUR


3. 30ml FRESH LEMON JUICE and 20ml SUGAR SYRUP.


4. FILL GLASS WITH ICE, TOP WITH SODA and GENTLY STIR.


5. Garnish with a Raspberry or THREE!
