A little bit of Summer heading into Winter, the Rhubarb, Strawberry & Ginger Punch will satisfy any fruit & berry urge!

INGREDIENTS:
• 45ml MAUD'S RHUBARB & VIOLETTE GIN LIQUEUR
• 15ML MINT SYRUP
• 10ML LIME JUICE
• DRY GINGER ALE
• 4 x MIXED BERRIES
METHOD:
1. MUDDLE 3 x BERRIES WITH GIN, SYRUP AND JUICE
2. STRAIN INTO COLLINS GLASS FILLED WITH ICE AND SLICED STRAWBERRY
3. TOP WITH DRY GINGER ALE
4. GARNISH WITH SPRING MINT & STRAWBERRIES
