THE ABSINTHE MOJITO
Get ready to try a Mojito like no other! The star of the show, the Little Lon Absinthe follows the age-old French Recipe, but with a twist of Australian Botanicals which is highlighted beautifully in this classic cocktail recipe - also with a twist!
• 10ML LITTLE LON ABSINTHE
• 10ML MISS YOKO GIN
• 30ML FRESH LIME JUICE
• 15ML SUGAR SYRUP
• 8 MUDDLED MINT LEAVES
• MINT LEAVES TO GARNISH
1. MUDDLE THE LIME JUICE, SUGAR SYRUP AND MINT LEAVES IN A SMALL VESSEL, CRUSHING THE MINT AS YOU GO – YOU CAN USE THE END OF A ROLLING PIN FOR THIS.
2. POUR INTO A TALL GLASS AND ADD A HANDFUL OF ICE.
3. POUR OVER ABSINTHE AND MISS YOKO GIN, STIRRING WITH A LONG-HANDLED SPOON.
4. TOP UP WITH SODA WATER, GARNISH WITH MINT AND SERVE.
