THE MARTINEZ

The classic Martinez Cocktail is widely regarded as the direct precursor to the Martini. Traditionally made with the Dutch-style Gin, Genever it is distinguished by the accompaniment of Maraschino, as well bitters. It's out favourite Little Lon cocktail and is elevated with the inclusion of Barrel Aged Dutchy Thomas.
