THE VIEUX CARRE

The Vieux Carré was first stirred to life during in New Orleans in the 1930s. Vieux Carré means “old square” in French and refers to the city’s French Quarter neighbourhood. Welcome to our Little Lon spin on the Vieux Carré - boozy, sweet, bitter and smooth. Enjoy!








INGREDIENTS:

 

• 30ML BARREL AGED DUTCHY THOMAS


• 20ML GOOD QUALITY SWEET VERMOUTH


• 20ML COGNAC


• 10 M D.O.M BENEDICTINE


• 2 DASHES OF PEYCHAUD BITTERS


• 1 DASH OF ANGOSTURA BITTERS



METHOD:

 

1. STIR ALL INGREDIENTS ON ICE

2. STRAIN INTO TUMBLER FILLED WITH ICE

3. GARNISH WITH LEMON TWIST
