This popular winter warmer has returned! Our Dutchy Thomas Dutch-Style Gin is pepped up with some winter spice, and then mellowed out with a warming Tasmanian cloudy apple juice and a dash of Spanish Sherry.
• 45ML CLOVE & CINNAMON INFUSED DUTCHY THOMAS, DUTCH-STYLE GIN
• 150-200ML TASMANIAN CLOUDY APPLE JUICE
• 10ML PEDRO XIMENEZ (SPANISH SHERRY)
• 5ML BIRLOU (APPLE AND CHESTNUT LIQUEUR)
1. WARM APPLE JUICE IN A SAUCEPAN ON A STOVE. BE CAREFUL NOT TO BOIL!
2. POUR WARM APPLE JUICE INTO YOU FAVOURITE MUG (OR GLASS)
3. ADD 45ML SPICED DUTCHY, 10ML PEDRO XIMENEZ AND 5ML BIRLOU
4. GARNISH WITH A SLICE OF ORANGE OR AN APPLE FAN. PROOST!
