YOKO 75 - A Summer Treat

Our riff on the classic French ’75, with the Miss Yoko Lychee infused gin and lemongrass marrying perfecting with your favourite dry white sparkling!



INGREDIENTS:

• 30ml MISS YOKO GIN


• 20ml LIME JUICE


• 20ml LEMONGRASS INFUSED SUGAR SYRUP (OR SIMPLE SYRUP)


• TOPPED WITH YOUR FAVOURITE SPARKLING WINE - WE USE MITCHELL HARRIS SABRE



METHOD:

1. ADD 30ml GIN, LIME JUICE, SUGAR SYRUP TO ICE FILLED SHAKER


2. SHAKE FOR 10 SECONDS


3. DOUBLE STRAIN INTO A CHAMPAGNE GLASS, TOP GLASS TO 3/4 FULL WITH SPARKLING WINE


4. GARNISH WITH LEMON TWIST OR EDIBLE FLOWER
