"You're making me BLUSH!"

Our BLUSH gin liqueur is a beautiful balance of Chinese citrus and herbal botanicals so naturally a citrusy bitter orange vermouth next to a Grapefruit vermouth helps to bring out these flavours even more. With the addition of Gospel's Rye Whiskey this cocktail was given the subtle depth it needed.

Wonderfully smooth this cocktail will go down a treat as we celebrate Lunar New Year!








INGREDIENTS:

 

• 30ML BLUSH GIN LIQUEUR

• 10ML GOSPEL RYE WHISKEY

• 10ML REGAL ROGUE VERMOUTH


• 10ML UNICO VERMOUTH


• 15ML PINK PEPPERCORN INFUSED SUAGER SYRUP


• 30ML LIME JUICE



METHOD:

 

1. ALL ALL INGREDIENTS INTO A SHAKER AND FILL WITH ICE

2. SHAKE


3. DOUBLE STRAIN INTO A COUPE


4. GARNISH WITH AN ORANGE TWIST!
